Health Department on Campus
by Allen Tencati - Thursday, 6 September 2018, 9:58 AM

A representative from the Robeson County Health Department will be on campus starting September 11th and 12th from the hours of 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. to provide general health information to students in a private setting (Counseling and Career office, Room 1302). The representative will provide informational brochures and materials as needed, and make informed recommendations regarding the students’ general health and well-being. To be clear, this is not a clinical or medical setting—only an information desk. This service is FREE to the students and I would like to encourage you to inform our students of this resource. The first two sessions are September 11th and 12th, and again on September 25th and 26th. If we have a good turn-out, we may be able to extend the agreement further into the semester. The information is being posted around campus, on Moodle, on Facebook, and of course our Single Stop page. Emails are being sent out to students, faculty, and staff. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Cynthia Quintero 910-272-3344..
